Hi Pinniped
I've heard a few more of these unfortunately. Generally from barbers, taxi drivers and the odd relative. *sigh*
I think we should leave Europe altogether - all those Brussels Eurocrats do is make rules on our affairs, like how straight our bananas should be.
If they're coming to live in our country they should live by our traditions.
You can't get proper beer on the continent.
I don't think homosexuals should be allowed to call themselves gay. It used to mean happy and they're not happy you know.
Those black football players they're very tricky but they can't play when it's cold and the pitch is muddy.
People on the continent don't wash as often as us you know. They just put on more deodorant.

Hi Sprout!
Good to hear from you again.
These are excellent (cringe).
I'll put them in, and add you to the Editor List, shortly.
All of which entitles you to yet another obscure badge...

that reminds me of louis the 14th... lots of perfume was used in his time...
"good" ones tho'... when i say "good" i mean so bad that they're good... there have been quite a few things blamed on the eurocrats thanks to the tabloids... tho' some might be justified too... [oh dear, i'm talking like a politician now...]
talk soon...

Just a thought I think that wages and salaries should be frozen and all future increases should be put into pension funds.

You edit. I'm going to bed.
Never more serious in my life.
If the rest of the world was as stable as Scunny I'd be glad.
