In between downpours at the tractor show, the sky cleared long enough for visitors to admire the beautiful Hooverville courthouse. You know, the one Caiman set fire to in our notorious group novel. Clarion, Pennsylvania puts up with a lot from this bunch. At the top you can see the Lady of Justice.
