I wouldn't have thought of using veal ling as filling for a strudel, but the characters seem to have enjoyed it.

My aunt made a wonderful Lungenstrudel (lung strudel).
You can fill strudel with lots of stuff, like minced meat of white cabbage or vegetables and mushrooms. All these taste very well with a yoghurt and garlic sauce. They are then of course a main course and not a soup ingredient.

This is a fun culinary journey.
But I was more interested in the tin tiger. 
That kid has a good imagination!
