I won't be able to make this recipe with beets form my garden this year, as my crop has been a disappointment. smiley - sadface

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.

If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.

Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Sadly, I don't. I would have to buy beets in order to make it, since my crop was a big disappointment last year. smiley - sadface

Hope springs eternal. In late February I hope to buy a camera that will let me send pictures directly to my email account via wifi. I need to wait for my cash flow to improve enough to buy it, though.

smiley - hug Sorry to hear that.

That's great! You don't need a very expensive camera, many digital cameras are quite cheap these days. Even cheap ones have a decent resolution these days, when I bought my first one over 10 years ago I still payed a few hundred Euros for the same resolution that a camera for about 50 Euros has today. The only catch I think is the life expectancy of cameras these days I think, so if you buy one that's one main thing you should look out for in reviews on amazon or wherever.

I fund a camera shop in Newton [a city next door to my part of Boston] that might be able to help me. The main point is that there would be people to guide me through the process.
