Being a marginal character at best, I don't have a clue what the main characters are doing. But now that one of your links gives a list of possibilities, at least now I know who some of the possibilities are. i usually like to assume that Popes will have a greater than average likelihood of dying.

I chose my under-50 because he attempted suicide once. I like his movies, so I hope he has learned from his experience.

When I checked him out, I discovered he's about to become a father again. So I reckon his life has taken a turn for the better

Good for him! I don't expect to come anywhere close to winning. I don't have any centenarians on my list. As far as I know, they aren't ailing. Death would be a surprise. My only hope is that the names are unique.

I have an idea the 'unique' tactic might not be best. Two of last year's three winners (Can't remember their names offhand, but they are obviously highly intelligent, witty and erudite), scored all their points in shared names.

I think quantity will out over quality
