I'm supping from a foursome of May Hill Brewery beers, made not far from me in Longhope, Gloucestershire, from natural tap water and selected hops.

And very fine they are too. Crisp, clear, bottle-conditioned. I'm drinking the Legless Cow (crystal malt, Fuggles and Challenger hops). A light and slightly citrussy stock bitter.
