Mr. X ---> "Be excellent to each other. And party on, dudes!"

Anyone else notice that Mr. Body bumped into Jeeves as he was leaving the Parlour?

Okay, here's another thought: what makes you all think it's going to be poison? Surely there are other ways to off someone?

I'm getting into the swing of it now. They are drinking like smiley - fish and Jeeves is a terrible butler, far too obtrusive.

Mysterious objects so far, which could indicate poisoning:
Plants with smiley - skull and crossbones in the conservatory,
The decanter of smiley - redwine that Harry has just put in the pantry
The mushroom soup.

Other things I've noticed:

Maria is constantly having to correct her facial expressions and check her actions, and of course, she snapped the sherry glass.

Abel is nervous and seems to want to avoid people and conversation. Strange that he should invite people round if he feels like that. But he has the Beretta, so he probably won't be the murderer, that would be too obvious.

I'm going to look in the library next - maybe Colonel Mustard is there with the candlestick.

Aha!

Because as I was reading the description for Harry's shack in the garden, it made a point of mentioning the exotic chemicals he has on a shelf.

And, as has been said - why is the gardener in the kitchen? And why was he so keen to wash up the soup tureen so quickly?

And as a gardener he presumably knows all about various poisonous / poisonus / (dang it I'm really off today) plants, and what was he doing in the kitchen in the first place? He's supposed to be a gardener.

The numbers are strange for a dinner party, too. Even at the most informal dinner party, surely you would have equal numbers of hims and hers.

Clearly at least one transvestite is involved, then.

Betcha' that the first murder is by poison, then someone murders the original murderer with a gun, so as to cover up their involvement.
