Hah! Thanks Beatrice for further illuminations on the official line up of the People who are the People. Splendid! (We used to do this revue show in town, and my husband always used to introduce a band or a group of poets or something as The People Who Are The People. Which really is completely irrelevant, except you guys look like a band of very intelligent and lovely people.)

And Oscar. . Yes. . 'Tis an interesting statue, I never knew what he looked like. Statues are strange aren't they. I always see them wink ,like they come alive, but that's just me after too many coffees. .

Be good to think of who might have been hootoo researchers, who would have been in meet photos, written for the Guide, at another time in history. Imagine, say, let's see (racks brain for heroes), hah! what about Thomas de Quincey yes! ....
