Oh yes, that's a good point. Write the entry, put it in PR and then add the link to the Entry and the PR thread here.
I'll update the page to make that clear.

Also, folks, please remember to go to PR and comment on the other entries that show up. 
That way, you'll encourage the writers and make sure that the 'local interest' entries get on the Front Page asap.
