as "we" log-in (above) and recognise https, the new security standard etc, why do we still have to delete the "S"

when putting a link in a post/thread ?

Hi Prof!
As of now, https is not supported in the Ripley skins. The Tech team are going to look into it, and we hope to have an update sometime next week.

https hasn't ever been supported as a link type in the Ripley skins, though, has it?
The new thing here is that h2g2.com is https instead of http, so if you copy a full h2g2 link now you'll just need to delete the s as for any other https site if you want the link to be clickable in Ripley...
