Hello!
Anybody know this song?
(~~eerie intro music~~)
Under blue moon I saw you,
So soo~oon you'll TAKE me,
Up in your arms, too late to BEG you,
Oh cancel it, though I know it MUST BE
The killing time, (eerie guitar chord strikes~)
Unwilling mine...
Fate
Up against your wi~~ll
Through the thick and thin...
He will wait unt~~il
You give yourself to Hi~~~~~m...
(~~interval 4 - 8 time signature, 4 bars~~ )
In star-lit night I saw you,
So cruel only you kiss me.
Your lips are magic wor~~~ld,
Your sky is hung with jew~~~els,
The killing moon...(~~eerie guitar strikes~~)
will come TOO SOON...
(repeating)
Fate
Up AGAIN~~~ST your will..
Through the thick and thin...
He will wait UN~~TIL
YOU GIVE YOURSELF TO HIM,
YOU GIVE YOURSELF TO HIM,
YOU GIVE YOURSELF TO HIM (repeated one octave lower...)..................
I live in the UK so I only get a chance to see Donnie Darko a week ago. The film itself is enough to turn me into Donnie Darko himself...But the song is bad too...I cycle a lot on a racer (a bit like the one in film..) - about 20 miles a day...all the time when I am on my bike the song just starts....and then that's it...Especially when the Moon is dim and low...there is about 30mins of the ride when there are no street lamp(along a dual carriage way)...and late at night...
God, it really scares you to DEATH ...I keep thinking of 'Every living creature dies alone'...
And Frank suddenly seen standing in the middle of the path when I am 3 metres from it or something...
Is sounded stupid but this song is the one of the worse song that can get stuck in your head ....
>_<

That's "The Killing Moon" by Echo & the Bunnymen... it's a great song! How weird it must be to have it running through your head while out alone late at night, though!
