Hiya,
I have lost weight successfully with the WW plan (nearly four stone in all), and for years I thought no diet would work for me, however something in my head clicked on the weight watchers plan, and I managed to lose the weight without much trouble.
It is hard work but it is achievable, stick at it and just remember that you can do it. Use all your points, and make sure you drink all the water, and success will come.
