Again post ideas here, with benefits.
Demolitions expert:
C4 is Option B. Gets all types of Option A grenade for free.
Tech expert/tech department:
All tech is an option lower, all weapons an option higher. You can't use any Option C weapons, you get a piece of Option A tech for free (Not sure if that is too good).
00agent:
Must take Wolfer PPK as Option A.
Must destroy one piece of technology per mission, before the end of it so you don't have it for say 1/2 the mission(yes, I know it is beardy)
Gets an extra Option C choice.
(again probably needs to be made less amazing)

Sniper could have the rifle as Option B rather than C and we could give them a laserscope for a pistol from option A. Disadvantage they have to take a sniper rifle, they can't take other rifles (as in, no AK-47)?
Disguise we could have a new tech in Option C, a face copier (makes a mask like copy of someones face like in Mission Impossible computer game) and in option B a finger print scanner. They could then have them down an option but not be able to use any nonsilenced weapons?

I think the people who play the NPCs etc will also have a character, like in the Magicians guild. I guess we could create goon classes:
Hired goon
Is hired, therefore will run if their life is in danger
Loyal goon
Won't run, will get shot/blown up etc
Heavy weapons goon:
Has rocket launcher

Heavy Weapons:
Must take a weapon from Option C. May exchange Option B choice for another weapon in Option C.
Infiltrator:
Must used silenced weapons, gets Cloaking shield for free
Assassin:
Knives (throwing and punching) as option A choice. All silenced weapons a lower option.

if it is currently in Option class B it moves down into Option class A etc.
Anything in Option Class A is given for free

if its an option lower for all gadgets for the gadgeteers then why does it say "you get a piece of Option A tech for free "
surely you would get all option A gadgets for free, why not have an option A weapon for free thus making it seem worth while to do the job, seeing as they cant use option C weapons...
