Opti, you can just add your pictures by uploading the files to the Yahoo group if you like. (At least I'd assume so - not that I've done so yet.)
We should see about getting that welcome message changed, perhaps...

(ie, in the group, go to the "Files" section. Then, for instance, the "Edited Guide" folder - and there's an "add file" button at the top right).
