i'm raging i just got my bill from telepest and i was supposed to get a £10 refund as they charged me for yoome2 last month and i didnt use it now theyve charged me another £19 odds if you phone its an answering machine they say they'll get back to you but they dont so how am i supposed to getmy money back i never used that damn yoome2 its rotten i'm really blazing mad

did you actually cancel yoome2 by going on there and going to `my account` and canceling or have you just not used it cos unless you cancel it you get charged for it each month even though you don`t use it???

she's phoned n left msgs about 6 times n like u say no one ever calls back, n t/w can't help(apart from giving u the same number!!!)
there MUST b someway to get human contact, not every query is the same is it??

they are a shower of robbers its been a night mare since it started we wto get the first month free and the next two at half price to start with you couldn't get in to cancel it as it just stuck i was thinking of writing to the judge in the sunday mail to see if he could do anything asthere is loads of us been done by them they must be worth a fortune by now
are you coming to marcs housewarming i think we've got him worried but we'll take our own n with us take carejinty

but they r pretty clever wen u think about it tho, cos they r charging u, won't let u cancel etc .....n then if u hae ne probs their's no one to get in touch with,(althou there IS officially a helpline mo!!)
