I'm a radio addict! CBC is broadcasting in my house 12 hours a day. Radio plays are far better than watching TV because there is far more left to the imagination. One can close their eyes and imagine the unimagineable. K

As my TV is generally behind me as I sit at the computer, I often treat it as a radio anyway... smiley - biggrin

I concur with radio leaving more to the imagination. I often lose concentration when watching television. The images seem to conflict with the sound and it becomes hard to focus and...zzz...coach potation... But listening to the radio demands undivided attention to elucidate any knowledge. That feels great! Its more personal too, much easier to contact any radio program and send a message to the show. And in Ireland at the mo, there's an almighty amount of stimulating radio programs !
