right, so it's Tursday, and I'm supposed to be here training my regiment.
And I've showed, but none of them have. What a gigantic surprise.

I'm not sure, the fact that noone is here perhaps?

Odo Posted Nov 15, 2002
We all seem to log in at different times and I think this causes a problem.

Half of my regiment hasn't been here for 2 weeks!

Odo Posted Nov 15, 2002
Ah, slight problem there possibly.

How about working out who the regular posters are, and then resorting them, so that you have equal amounts in each regiment?
ALso, I see that CH wants to move from yours, so who do you suggest he ought to swap for?

I think you ought to.
/I'm/ the only active member of your regiment!

firstly, CH is your officer now, if he has a problem with being in your regiment, then tell him i ordered him to follow your orders.
on other issues, rearranging regiments is always very complicated, so i only have one suggestion - we have a big recruitment campaign trying to get people to join the terrania army, and if we try and focus on recruiting people who are always actively involved with h2g2, then as the army increase we will be getting members who are regularly active on h2g2 and will post a lot and make the regiments good. What do u think?

But how do we do that?
Hang, I'll meet you in the recruitment campaign room.
