When my father was running his own small business he had an account with the local stationary shop. Bought some stuff and put it on the account one day but they couldn;t find it.

They looked under the initial for his surname - no luck.
They tried under the initial for the company name. No luck
Then they searched the entire file for him, and eventually found it.

Filed under 'R', for 'Reverend' (as my father is, indeed, a member of the priesthood). Presumably on that basis 'M' is going to be full of Mr, Mrs and Ms, 'D' will be full of 'Doctors' and the rest will be empty!
