Ok - style question. I could put the indented quotation paragraphs in italics, and the citations in normal text, which is much more Guidey.
I'm not fond of blocks of text in italics - tests prove some folks find it harder to read - but I'm open to your thoughts.

My opinion:
Quotes, extracts from text, and so on should be italicised, with their associated reference or citation in straight text, i.e. Guidey.
Tomorrow I'll be looking at these: "/".
Highly inconsistent usage I will wager.
