Well.. this work out thing in the sports centre slowly kills me.. Everything hurts.. even muscles I didn't know I had.

It's all part of a "grand plan".. I noticed the development of beer muscles (the wobbly type underneath the belt), started to do some excercising to limit these beer muscles.
("Listen: I'm in great shape.. and this belly is part of that shape")

And I tend to keep the old ones. This year I am wearing the ones I had 8 years ago.

buying new clothes.. I either end up in a very wrong sort of shop with obviously gay sales... persons(?) or in a very wrong sort of shop with a 20 yr old girl trying to sell me very wrong sorts of clothes.. buying clothes...
