Nothing worse than a drought; although it won't affect us much because we have alternatives to water.

I remember two occasions when danish brewers went on strike. Had it not been for foreign they would probably have been lynched

Best danish is brewed in Flensburg. The fact that the town has been German since 1864 should not bother you

I don't think I had any, but I might have had some rum. I like elephant beer.
I used to work for a Danish brewery driving 22000 litre tankers of

Carlsbergs Elephant Beer is excellent, albeit a bit too sweet for my taste, but absolutely drinkable on occasions

Probably the best lager in the world was founded in a hat and made in the bath with bath water.
I will go immediately or later to London to buy myself some yeast and hops and stuff, and when I return home I will throw the coal out of the bath and discover the best beer in the world, take over Cors and become the richest person in the universe.
I might have to do a archer first and sell biro pens down the market; undercutting shops. How many do I need to sell at less than 10p each to pay the rent on the market stall of only £250 per day, and how much do they cost each anyway?
Spose you must get 5p profit on each one, so 20 for a £1 and 20 x 250 for the rent or 5000 per day, Spose you have a 10 hour day so only 500 per hour, about 1 every 7 seconds. EASY
I'm going to make a lot of money

Tha's the spirit, gov'ner
It always makes me eye water when I read this:
"J.C. Jacobsen pioneered a greater understanding of brewing and in 1875 he created the Carlsberg Laboratory from which the pH scale was established along with the first pure yeast, named Saacharomyces Carlsbergensis. Both were freely offered to the whole of the brewing industry, completely revolutionising it and Saacharomyces Carlsbergensis still forms the basis of all modern lagers today!"
Freely offered! See that is altruism in its purest form! Sharing any invention, development, discovery and whatnot in order to provide humankind with the best possible!
