*nods* ... tell me about it. Long-distance relationships are not easy. Having said that, if you want to, you can make them work, they just require more care and attention than most.

Having said that, if you can manage to keep them alive, they're incredibly rewarding, not least because you end up profoundly appreciating actually being with people, and you end up knowing your significant other far better than you might otherwise have done.

No, I haven't. It's scary too from some point of view. 1600 km can be not so long distance in some places, in some other places it can be more than just kilometres.
