Can I correct some of your language please, not wishing to be pedantic or smart alec.

Goodbye is mor like Addy than "Eddy" (Though it's sort of inbetween)
One is Eng - not "Een" like Dutch.

I didn't know you could buy bus tickets at banks. Normally we go to Hamilius and buy a whole bunch of those yellow ones that you >ping< in the machine on the busses/trains. Oh yeah, and you can use the same tickets on busses and trains.

You've only mentioned British or Irish pubs and no good restaurants. Maybe you could use this as an excuse to go to some to try them outsmiley - winkeye or maybe you didn't think to mention them.

About transport you could mention the Channel Tunnel or Ferry if travelling from England.

Just some Suggestions,
Wotchit smiley - biggrin

Thanks, it's great to get a different perspective on these things!

I'll do some editing if I can find the time......

I've assumed that The Guide had a largely English speaking readership, so the bias towards those pubs is deliberate.

What restaurants do you think are worth a mention?

My dad corrected my Luxembourgish. Bothe of us were right on the Een/Eng they are different forms and Addy/Eddy often depends on the accent.
I didn't have any restaurants in minf particularly, but Restaurant Pizzeria Bacchus, near the History Museum, just down from the palace is pretty good. Maybe you should mention some areas where there's quite a few places to eat.
