I'd prefer to have a bit more time on this, but I will add to it as time goes by.

But with the Tour de France starting in Luxembourg this weekend (6,7,8 July) the attention of the world's media will be focussed on my adoptive home, so now's the time to make it available.

Just a couple of general pointers:

1. If you put 'Luxembourg' in the Search h2g2 box you'll find that there are already quite a few entries.

2. Peer Review is for entries that the author considers finished. If you are still working on it, it's hard for people to comment at this stage. In any case, it would have to be Recommended, Approved, Sub-Edited, etc etc, which is a process that usually stretches into months! Is there anything else big that's happening there in several months' time that would make it topical then?

Yes, I thought it might be a bit like trying to do 3 impossible things before breakfast at Milliways...

Can I move it to work-in-progress slot?

I'll think about other upcoming events which might provide a good launch date.
