In some ways, I'm fortunate in being a "non-traditional" student. (That's USA politically correct speech for "Got hurt on the job and got canned, so I'm back in college.")
Lunch is a casual affair after class for me during the Summer Semester. During the regular school year, it's "grab and run" from whichever campus fast food line is shortest/cheapest.
No wonder I go through so much Zantac during the school year....

Chicken Super noodles, pepped up with a chicken stock cube then cooked as per instructions. served with some milled rock salt and freshly cracked black pepper. yummy. Cheap too.

I can't remember lunch a lot; but our canteen makes a passable Bacon Sarnie...mmmmm
