This week's talking point comes with a twist. A major new television series is being made for BBC2 which will celebrate and explore the way in which we eat, cook and enjoy food in Britain today. The makers of the programme are looking for some help and need your thoughts on everything to do with lunch. Can you help?

So, with this in mind, how do you feel about midday meals? Do you love lunch or do you regret that you only ever have time to grab a sandwich as you work? Alternatively, do you think lunch is for wimps, that it's a complete waste of time? What would your ideal lunch be? Are you having (or have you had) a phase for a particular food that you eat every day? Whether it's pasta, baked potatoes, toasties, sandwiches or something utterly extraordinary.
