I can place two of the baddies for you - Yellowjello and Festusjello are holed up in the General store with a bunch of guns and lots of ammo. There's a "General store" thread on the Peta Gulch page, I think.

Styx appears to be riding out of town on rebjello's horse; he said rebjello "disintegrating rapidly" so I think that's another RIP
