*The rain is falling steadily, turning the dusty ground of the road into mud and mulch. Few people are this far out from civilization on a day like today, when most travellers would be wise to have holed up in a tavern with a mug of beer.*

*Yet one girl is still trudging along alone, cigarette dangling from her lips as she curses when the rain puts it out again. Thin and petite, she looks barely more than a child, laboriously pulling a small handcart who's wheels have become mired in the mud.*

*Perse watches a girl talk to herself pulling the cart. She wages a war whether to offer a hand or not*

*Glancing over at the newcomer, she grunts.*
