Well I've asked him for the recipe and he's being awkward. He says it's a top secret recipe and if he were to tell it me he'd have no choice but to kill me and everyone else I know.

However, being the "generous" person he is, he said he'd sell the wine (a sparkling 12.5% vimto rosé) at an extortionate £12 a bottle. My advice is experiment with your winemaker kits until you get it just right, then keep schtum.

Oh yeah make mine a pint of and a packet of salt & vinegar.

Some of the Lees seasonal range have been good but then again not everything is to everyones taste.
