Right here goes. I'll give you a brief history of the area where the houses are built first.

There was, going back a long time ago, a mill/workhouse on the site. Something happened at this mill, it burnt down (i think) either way it was something terrible and alot of people died.
The land was never touched, untill 4/5 years ago. A big estate is now built on the land. Where my daughter lives is close to where the mill stood.
She moved into this brand new house last year. Its in a terrace 3 houses in all.
She lives on the end, her best friend in the middle. Whatever it is started in the middle house. First of all it was just 'noises' like someone going up and down the stairs, always when the place was empty. Then things started to disappear and would be found in another place. The girl that lives there was told by her father (a psychic) that it was ok, it was her grandfather, she was fine with this and did't worry about it.
