It is almost finished but since this is my first attempt at an entry for the guide then a little assistance may go a long way.

Hi Spacejunkie,
I like this a lot! I think this has the makings of a really good guide entry - entries about local craziness are always to be encouraged!
Some suggestions for you:
1. Have a look at the guide ML page for details about putting headings etc into your text - it's actually surprisingly simple. I think the article would benefit from breaking up into sections - origins, hazards, recent history etc.
2. Perhaps you could change the title slightly? I thought this would be about a sandwich! 
Perhaps Cheese Rolling rather than Cheese Roll?
3. Could be worth adding links to the existing entry on Gloucester and some of the cheese entries, if you think they're relevant.

I found a few guide entries to link to- but sadly there was not one on Double Gloucester cheese.
