Can't really complain about that. Anyone who makes polenta sound *that* interesting ....
If you want to link chilli sauce, can I recommend http://www.nandos.co.uk...the best chilli sauces in the country.

You should point out that this recipe involves a half hour or more of constant stirring. Quite tiring and boring. Most italians use automatic motorized stirrers that fit on top of the pot, and stir at a nice, constant rate.

Hi, Annie!
There's a small problem with two of your links, for cheese and cornmeal - these are to unedited entries, which is not allowed in Edited ones (since the authors could wipe them at any time). There is an Edited Entry on Parmesan cheese which you could use instead. It is at A306974 (which no one ever finds because it uses only the Italian title Parmigiano Reggiano!)
There is a typo where the word 'minmum' should be 'minimum'.
Overall, I think it looks very polished now. And just in case the scouts don't realise it, Annie has already put this through the Writers' Workshop and very carefuly considered everyone's advice there. So when the seven-day deadline is past, this one should be ready to pick!

Having never cooked Polenta, I'll have to trust your information, but it looks jakey to me!
(Sorry, I saw the Sting recently, so I've incorperated 30's slang into my vocab)

In fact, I'm here to say congratulations! Your entry has been picked for inclusion in the Edited Guide, which means it'll now go to a subeditor, then to the inhouse team, then your entry will be on the front page and your life will never be the same! It's lots of fun, let me tell you.
