To the point and informative. My only suggestion would be a formatting one, really: it might be easier to read the ingredients section if it were done as a bulleted list rather than as a paragraph.

I can't find where to get the code for bullets. Do you know where it is?

I don't know the link to the GuideML clinic off the top of my head, but I do know the GuideML for bullets. Start the list with:
for "unordered list". Then, put each item inbetween this pair of tags:
...
LI stands for "list item". At the end of the list, put this:
So, a recipe list would look something like this in GuideML:
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
etc
Then it would automatically put in the bullets at the start of each line.

Thank you. I know where the GuideML clinic is, and anyway there is a link there from the 'edit' page. I even found the list code, my real problem was that it did not say explicitly that when you used it, that it would automatically put bullets in.
