Thanks Mt T, for that wholy original piece of enlightening knowledge...
It's like and I suppose, being that both caffine and alchohol are poisons...

Yes, as is cyanide - but people still consume it!
Admittedly that's because they're either trying to commit suicide or are being murdered. Hmm, if there was ever any point to that statement, it's certainly been lost by now.
Sunny 'Delight' - now THERE's a vile cocktail of hazardous substances.

Have you seen the adverts for the new range they've just come up with? It's, it's...
While purple, green, pink and other colours are naturally found in some drinks, surely they can't naturally be so vivid!

Lets make this strait, most drugs are made by nature to ether protect it's self or to kill thing to eat, and yet we as a stupid spices have to got and harvest it and consume it in rediculuse ways to make our selves feel better. all well as long as it's not too poisonus

By the way, I have aquired a wooden baseball/softball bat if people want to use it, they can...
Anw who, if anyone, is going to bring cricket things? Best make sure, otherwise we can't really play without the kit....

DoctorMO (Keeper of the Computer, Guru, Community Artist) Posted May 6, 2002
Makes sense, just make sure you don't need to buy new things, it's not that worth it.

The Fish Posted May 6, 2002
Well, I don't have any cricket kit, and as I'm not a regular... (if at all) cricketer I don't really have need for it... But if people do have some, then make sure we're gonna bring the right amount.

!
Surely, that's just NOT cricket!
Oh, and don't let Bluebottle hear you say that...
Well, I spoke to Peregrin and Tinkerbell earlier, and they have a baseball bat too... so, so far it's:
Baseball bat's - 2, Cricket bat's - 0
Which do you think will win?

Chris Tonks Posted May 6, 2002
I do have an excuse. I lived in Switzerland for nine years, where they've never even heard of cricket.
Info...
Chris Tonks Posted May 6, 2002
Nope, it's actually... Uh, oh dear, I forgot its name. But it's something like wrestling. The traditional variety.
Oh yeah! 'Schwingen' is the Swiss word for it, but in the context of this sport it doesn't translate to 'swinging' as it normally would.
