Why not change this to reflect the way some people use the Flea Market? To submit entries that they have written but subsequently abandoned (eg due to lack of time)

Plus, if we're not supposed to submit entries to the flea market, why is it an option in the drop down list? Surely removing that option would stop the problem...

And what if I find an entry that sort of fits the guide, but I haven't a clue on where to find information on it, but would like someone else to finish it? Like this one: A618581 ...
