Yup. Actually, it's not a cop light per se -- same sorta design except they use it on traffic control and DOT vehicles, instead of the red and blue of the cops...

No.... dude, I /work/ for a traffic control company -- ALL of our trucks have these lights. And with all the highway construction going on, vehicles with orange strobes on top of them were running about a dime a dozen at that time.
Besides that, I didn't have any of my necklaces on at the time -- just two rings and an earring....
