Good for her.
No nakedness round here, I'm afraid. I prefer to do it in the woods (o yes) but they sort of belong to the local lord, and I doubt he'd be thrilled (they weren't pleased when they found us in his ice-house). But I don't care what he thinks (and 2 fingers to his lordship.)
It's also damp, and there are folk walking their dogs who would have awkward questions. Last time, however , after guessing which way North is (the only compass is one out of a cracker) we found a natural water deposit in the East corner...
cosmic!
I foned a Druid up once when I found out he was nearby. We'd actually walked all the way there, but he wasn't in (he was/is the press officer for the OBOD) which was just as well since we were laughing at the pile of muddy trainers outside the door. However, in conversation later it was revealed that all the local groups at least don't allow women. He recommended I start my own.

Good day peoples,
Having spent some time lurking around the many religion/evolution/creation/sherry trifle/atheism message boards on this site, I've decided that I would like to join your gathering.
In honour of my ridiculous username (it's the name of 'The Subtle Knife' in the book by Philip Pullman - another name of which is the God Destroyer) I'd like to fulfil the role of "Creator of stupidly complex naming conventions".
I also joined the Atheist Clan elsewhere on h2g2 where I came up with the idea of calling a non-theistic holiday "Ex-Mas". I'd like to promote this idea as I'd like to get together with my loved ones without feeling uncomfortable about underlying messages.
Anyway, it's Friday so I'm off for a

Æsahættr, Creator of Stupidly Complex Naming Conventions... welcome!
I've just added you to the roster at the homepage, so you're now a full memeber, with all the rights, privileges, duties, etc, that you can convince anyone you've got.
Athiest Clan, eh? I think there are a few atheists around here; there always have been.
(Between the atheists and the hedge witches, I'm beginning to feel a bit outnumbered, as a non-committal Discordian Neo-Romantic with Taoist leanings and Roman Catholic sympathies.)

We seem to be acquiring quite a few atheists and Pagans these days...
Welcome Æsahættr, your name would be far easier for me to type if Gecko supported the compose key. For some reason it doesn't work.

Naw... it's just that the hedge trim... err, witches and atheists are currently taking turns monopolizing the conversation.
We apologize for the convenience. Your regularly scheduled programming will return shortly.
Welcome Æsahættr

< which - by coincidence? - I borrowed from my local library last Saturday....>
Except I misremembered: it's "Wild Witchcraft", but I did get the author's name right.

A booklist for what, exactly? A comprehensive booklist for life would be very, very long.
