Near the nighthoover shrine, and immediatly around stand the woods just outside the nighthoover shrine.
Tall oaks, ash and other assorted trees, including a few willow by the lake/pond, cast long shadows and take most light that otherwise might pass through the canopy from whatever exists above.
At one point is a clearing, but only on the ground, the canopy still plays dense and thick above.
Tree roots criss-cross the ground, and as if purposful, form feet sized footholds, which seem to direct ones gaze toward the large irregular stone toward the centre of the area, and the old oak that stands tall in its gaze.

Off centre the stone monolith stands, and about its surface, visible through the ivy that cradles and clads its presence, ancient carvings depict the seven hoovermandments, and nighthooverly objects of desire.

and to here the high priest has come.

And he carry's the silver hoover, more useually aloft the slightly-off-center of the alter within the shrine, it is placed ontop of the stone, in an odd indentation that seems almost as if it were made to hold such a nighthooverly item.

The hoover lead, majestic in its absence of knots and kinks, seems to wind itself down, and around the monolith, and the ivy trailing up to it on the ground.

The hoover nozel and pipe drape down the side of the stone which faces the large ivy covered oak, and gleems in the incandescent light.

A strange, most nighthooverly music floats through the electric air, and the hooverhour approach's
