For Computer art you'll need M$IE (unfortunately, it is the best tool to view yout computerised art)

Well, your first assignment is a simple page with Some content and at least 4 marquee that make some aesthetic movement.

You may also use colouring in the page, use Ottoxes WebSafe Colours page for an index of colours:

The best monster works will be displayed on the monster University's Gallery

By aesthetic movement, I guess you don't mean in one direction only. (Up, down, left or right)

Whatever you choose, just make it nice, and MSIE is Micro$oft Internet Explorer. Now that youre learning CS you should get used to using Acronyms

To put a smiley on your page...just do it like your u page. To make it move, try

to post the url, make your guide entry (using guide ml), and when your finished, copy and paste the url on this thread.

just do something like your u page (with the hollys) in a guide entry, only make the smileys move with the marquee.
paint a picture, tell a story, have fun with it
You can have the smileys go up, down, left, right, chase each other.
