I can't wait to find out what he did to offend Elizabeth I, I thought that was quite nifty and amusing.
In the end all the quotes started to annoy me - they'd made the joke, they should have moved on and done different ones.
When it comes to Martha, I think I'm in a minority in really liking Rose partially because of her family and her connections to home. It'll take Martha a while to replace Rose. She does seem to have a better sense of humour and better comic timing. I liked the Doctors little line about "I hate starting from scratch" and insistence it was only going to be a single trip - I think there's a good dynamic building up there.

Anyone spot a "Saxon" reference as if there was one it passed me by again.

I thought that myself but having looked on IMDB and various other sites there is no mention of him. I doubt whether they would keep that quiet they aren't going to have a 'suprise cameo' when they can advertise it and get the Norton fans tuning in...an extra 2 on the viewing figures can do wonders.
Of course, he did make an impromptu audio cameo in 'Rose'.

I think people are confusing Dougal with Graham Norton. Ardal O'Hanlon was deffo in the trailer.

Ah, yes thanks...well one Irish comedian dressed as a cat sounds very much like another!
Strangely, imdb, does not have it listed in his TV work list. The last entries are from 2005, The site usually very up-to-date.

It's definatly Ardal O'Hanlon and I thought he looked more like Mr Toad than a cat, still next weeks looks really good.
This weeks, I really liked it, rather ironic that Derek-thingy-Lennox played Shakespere as he played Puck in Shakespere Retold last year, I loved Martha getting the huff with the Doctor after he kept banging on about how Rose would have had the answer and Rose would have done this, that and the other, there's nothing worse than your new boyfriend goning on about his ex
Hands up who wanted to say "When shall we three meet again In Thunder, Lightning or in Rain. When the Hurley-burley's done, when the battle's lost and won" when they saw the 3 witches

wonders how martha felt sharing a bed with a strange guy and he didn't even try it on... she is a stunning looking girl.. that must be unusual for her, a male not trying to take advantage of the situation.. and also proves doc either has excellent self control or doesn't desire human women... [in that way] digs deeper into the big hole

Good make-up. But I´m worried that seeing as how Dougal couldn´t understand if cows are small or far away, how will he deal with the Tardis being bigger in the inside?
