what I mean is that the characteristic of Alabaster is that it is mostly light blue and green on a white background.

goo is mostly dark green and blue on a blue background.

You made the badge blue on a violet background, so it looks more like an off-color version of goo.

He doesn't like the greeny colour, but is an Alabadster fan!

(By the way, the lurker badge was also made by my, so if you have any problems with it, just ask! )

I'm usually good at avoiding such mistakes, guess I was in a bit of a hurry. Forgive me!

It's not really so much that I lurrvee Alabaster, it's more that I'm not too keen on goo. I have a bit of that (Eugh) greeny colour at the top of the page, but I can ignore that. I think it's the whole blue background thing... It's offensive to the eyes. I couldn't possibly dream of putting a badge of that greeny colour on my space, but I still prefer Alabaster, (Yes it deserves a capital letter) to goo.

I think that makes perfect sense

I have infact got a button on my space, that is that hideous greeny colour, but that is purely because I couldn't change the colour.

Although the original version seems to have been made by Ottox, I think this version has evolved away so much, that we don't have to credit a goobie as the designer.

I'm going with the "because," since the "for when" implies that there's a remote possibility of goo being used, which there obviously isn't. There wouldn't be a time when goo would do, so it shouldn't be implied.

Wow...a bit too much logic went into that.

I think we should leave out the word 'goo' completely.
Alabaster is perfection in itself, and does not need other skins as comparison.
