It's to do with whether they had entered the competition before or not. Bumblebee has entered 2 previous competitions, and so can get +2 points, a lot of others had been in last years, and can get +1 point.
The rules in case of a draw were that
"Previous entry into the Annual Bikini Competition may be taken into consideration. If the person has entered both previous competitions, this will count as two points. If the person has entered either only the first or only the second competition, this will count as a single point."
Just so that I can get a nice, clear winner. But they only decide, for example, if first had 13 votes and two people had 12, one of which had +2 points, the one with 12(+2) would come second after the one with 13, with the person with 12 (+0) third.

Someone wasn't sure if they were voting for Mina or not, so that's kinda half a vote.
At the moment it's not being counted, but I gave him a week to confirm whether he is voting or not. It doesn't really affect the outcome though.
