I want to run the following idea for meeting up on Saturday past everyone. Your feedback is very much appreciated.
I suggest that we meet up on Saturday at a pub very near to Trafalgar Square and next to the Whitehall Theatre. It is on Whitehall itself and is called Lord Moon of the Mall.
Why am i suggesting this? Well it is very big, warm and friendly with plenty of space. It does reasonably priced food and drink, which will be important as you will need lots of energy for the photo scavenger hunt. I would suggest 2pm as a suitable time, with the photo scavenger hunt kicking off at 2.30pm
How does that suit everyone?

Don't worry, my idea of the geography is hazy too. I tend to go for the nearest Tube station, because they're easy to get to if you pay attention to the maps and signs, then I worry only about the directions from it to my destination. Thankfully, Trafalgar Square is fairly easy to find

Don't worry Mina, I'm sure we'll be able to sit in the Sutton Arms consuming unhealthy quantities of assorted beverages while that's being done!
