Why can't Mel use the test server? Mel is an ACE, after all.

i quite like the skin thats used in the hub

my dream skin would be hub colours but the new skins badges

oh, and some goo round the edges taht doesnt reload everytime you press any key that isnt a letter

Hey Mel, I did the same thing... I asked Abi to send me another invite to the aces forum on yahoo and She did... the whole process was a bit frustrating(all my fault there) but after a good 20 minutes i was on the forum and checking out the new skin

Just spoken to Mina as I seem to have unsubscribed myself from there too

I don't think I'll ever use the new skin. I don't see the point, Goo fulfils all my hootoo needs

I will confess that Brunel is better than Alabaster, but then again so is rabies.

Fair dos, its the loss of frames that really militates against me using the new skin in any meaningful way

GreyDesk, are you sure the frames part isn't just still in the production stage?

I don't think so, I'm sure that I read a thread on the test server where Jim ways saying that the BBC wouldn't support frames anymore, and hence there weren't any in the new skin. I also remember the conversation stating the frames would be supported for Goo and Alabaster for the foreseeable future.

Of course, this could have all been a figment of my imagination - I was quite drunk whilst I roamed around the test site.

Also I rather feel that I and others have given away far too many features and things about the new skin so I'll shut up now. Suffice to say, it's a new skin, it looks nothing like any of the other skins, and I still prefer Goo
