That's totally normal - if I don't get my daily fix of my friends, then I get cranky and restless...

So that's why I'm always cranky and restless. I spend as much time as I can avoiding my friends, not answering the phone, and not answering e-mails. Perhaps I've got it backwards.

Sometimes, after talking with RL people, I repeat the conversation out loud to myself and write it down in a red notebook. Is that weird?

Work out why you're doing it. Decide if it's really imperative that you do it, and then stop. Unless it really is imperative. Which, lets face it, is unlikely.
