It certainly lookes tasty, and much better than just a or a .
To make it really perfect, you may have to add a caraf of your favourite wine (Italian of course). I cannot suggest what may be the best wine, that is too much depending on each persons taste.
As you made it for four, you probably have already included the also needed nice company.

I thought about adding a wine, but yeah, I don't have a clue about that sorta thing, was kinda hoping someone would post one in here!

The 'problem' with wine is, that everybody has another taste.
I think the best thing to do is just to make a sentence about 'adding your favorite italian wine'.

Sounds delicious! Could you tell me what "passata" is though, please?

A typo probably.
My italian-dutch booklet gives something like 'passageway'.
That doesn't seem like something you can eat.

I know 'passata' as something made from tomatos by processing them in a shredder (or perhaps kitchen blender, if you're working on a lower production scale)

Any help from the discussion A599655 - How to pronounce Italian maybe?

Thanks for clearing up the great passata mystery! For those of us who live in places where the word isn't known, could a more widely available substitute be used - tomato juice, say, or tinned chopped tomatoes?
One other thing about the Entry - writing in the first person is not allowed in the Edited Guide, i.e. you shouldn't mention yourself. So the opening sentence and the bits about which type of pasta and how much garlic to use need to be rephrased.
But you can still include all the same information. You could, for instance, start by saying: 'This is a recipe for Vegetarian Pasta perfected after years of experimentation'.
