Well, I lost my old hat, so it will be my newer* hat I'll be wearing, unless I can find another new* newer* hat to buy in which case I'll wear that or, of course, I could wear my very very old hat, which is quite.... odd... its kinda relaly large and all my hair goes in it, and its got bits of mirror glass on it, and like patchs of diferenc colours, and some beads and... well.... yeh....

Stripping, pub games, handcuffs and thongs? I don't see any sensible child friendly suggestions for an afternoon activity yet. Aart from my own about the Imperial War Museum.

If we go to a child friendly pub they can have fun with the board games, if that suggestion's taken up, my daughter (Who's not coming) would be quite prepared to take on the Adults in a game of rummy or pontoon

I suggested the Childrens War exhibition but this might be fun there too. http://london.iwm.org.uk/upload/package/40/GreatEscapes/intro.htm

Can somebody tell me where the afternoon drinking activity is going to be and at what time? Preferably in words of one syllable this time, so I don't end up freezing my arse off on a train station.

When we know we will. I think the Princess louise was suggested, or maybe like last time, just people arriving early into the Olde Londen if thats where we go ,
or somewhere else, like the hole in the wall, or the angel and crown, or maybe somwehre else

I'm not really here Posted Oct 31, 2005
I'm not 100% sure I can make it until the date is settled, but if I am coming I'll give you my mobile number Master B. That way even if you do get lost we can find somewhere else to meet up.

You see, that's the problem Mina- Master B is apparently allergic to having anything to do with mobile phones. That's why he got to hang around (the wrong) train station freezing with arse off.

Oh don't spoil his fun! if he doesn't get lost for a few hours standing in the rain at the wrong tube or train station, he'l have nothing to moan about all evenign

Well later on I got to moan about the fact the Kerr had written off the second h2g2 T-shirt in 2 meets, after she threw a pint of beer over it.

Don't you have a washing machine ?
Suggestions for an afternoon activity?
Kerr_Avon - hunting stray apostrophes and gutting poorly parsed sentences Posted Oct 31, 2005
A) It was only half a pint
B) It wasn't be that buggered the other one (was it)
C) As Marvin said, ever herad of a washing machine? If beer stained so badly it wrecked clothes, I wouldn't have anything left to wear!

No T-shirt could ever be as buggered as the other one. Birmingham curries do not come out.
