Wow, how cool... maybe we should try to get a meeting as soon as I have started to unthaw... I basically hibernate all through nov-feb. I am going to California in two weeks though, to get the blood going.

It needn't be anything fancy, you know - a cup of or . I once met up with a fellow guild member from an online game (which will remain unnamed) at Centralen, on the ground floor, at one of the cafeterias. I do love people watching, and there's always loads of people there to watch.

Found two railway station related journals of mine - don't bother with the picture, the link is broken:

Beautiful
I ride those trains every day, I take it you are too. Some days I cant stand it, others I find it alright, but some days I actually love it
There is nothing like standing close together with about 20 people and our bodies are all touching, moving, its getting warm and uncomfortable... and noone speaks a word, noone looks at you. Its like an unwritten rule, even the bums understand it.

Well, as long as it isn't very hot or very cold (as in dressed very warmly) I can stand it. Always found it amusing to be on a train so packed with people that you can't reach through to grab anything to hold on to - but then, there's no risk of you loosing your balance, being 'padded' with people on all sides.

If it's very crowded, I find myself being a part of a complex organism. I slip out of the role as an individual and into being a part of the collective.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
