Given that the amount of money was enough that I could comfortably do this (and the fact that the country I am in doesn't tax lottery wins):
One third would go into a long-term, mixed, and enormously varied investment package that would allow me not to worry about money or money for my family for the rest of my life (included would be a domicile).
One third would be distributed to my friends and family along the lines of a pre-death will bequest.
One third would be pure and utter fun, an international Hootoo party, trips, travel, outrageous tipping, scandalous behaviour and a fund for the lawyers I would need when I was done.

btw, the hootoo party would be a travelling one, picking up people who could afford the fare back to their homeland. See? I have it all worked out which is an absolute guarantee I will never win.
