Not really. I feel like I'm more making up for the lost time over the Easter Hols. I feel like I havent really had a holiday cos I've had so much college work to catch up on.

Just so long as they're not late. I remember last year we had a postal strink and I was getting b'day cards for weeks afterwards. Really strange.

Gig got cancelled anyway. I'm totally gutted. I got an email from our local promoter and he said another organiser who was putting the shows on had just gone bust. Four shows had to be cancelled including the one I was going to go to.

Awww! Shame. Hope you get your money back though. And maybe a few free tickets as compensation.

Oh that's all been sorted. I just hope a few more gigs come up that I can go to.

Last night I watched Flash Gordon - the 25th Anniversary Edition on DVD.

I watched Flash yesterday!!! Only it was a video I got a few months ahgo in a charity shop. Still great though. Shamedly it's the first time I've seen the film.. Only ever knew the bits from the song.

Great soundtrack!!! So glad it wasn't all orchestral. Electric guitar worked so well!

...It has to be said, the only reason I like that film is cos Queen did the soundtrack. Anyone see live@rio on the telly last night?...amazing

I hope they re run it on ordinary channels. also, why do they schedule things at such weird times?

Yeah. Good point. Always hate it when they put an ad for something but they're showing it on some channel you can't get or at 3am. Or both.

Oh yeah!! I heard that when the recorded it they went into the shopping list mode and kept the "fried chicken" bit on the end. Then when "We Will Rock You" musical was being made Queen asked them not to put the fried chicken on stage, but they did anyway.
